Temp Fence Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fencing industry, particularly with temporary chain-link fences. However, we are also open to reviewing candidates who have a background in construction and experience working outdoors in various weather conditions, especially in the heat.

Key Responsibilities:
– Install temporary chain-link fences for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
– Operate power tools and other construction equipment necessary for fence installation.
– Follow project plans and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
– Perform site preparation, including measuring and marking locations for fence placement.
– Ensure safety protocols and procedures are always followed.
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and project timelines.
– Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 60 pounds) regularly.
– Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
– Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and manual labor.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of one year of experience in fencing installation or related construction work.
– Prior experience with temporary chain-link fence installation is highly preferred.
– Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, especially heat.
– Proficiency in operating power tools and construction equipment.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
– Valid driver’s license.
– Pass E-Verify
